I’m supposed to receive another switch to set an account as home on my Xbox but haven’t received it, is there a certain time they update this? (BST)

AFAIK the yearly limit is a rolling window of 365 days. So whenever a year from your 10th oldest one is plus maybe a whole day?

But remember that your home Xbox is a feature only for use on the Xbox that you live with. It is very uncommon to need to use your full set for legitimate purposes
