I need help from someone who works at Microsoft or who can help me with my Xbox Live account, I was unfairly banned and they did not accept my appeal.

Can I talk to someone who can help me? Even though this group is not official Xbox support, this is my only chance. I've already done everything possible on the Xbox website.

You got a case appeal and it didn't change things. Nothing to be done. Nor can official support help with enforcement issues
