Xbox games not opening

No game will open, I've tried restarting both ways. When I try to launch a game it opens for a second and then shuts down.

I turned on my xbox, tried to launch a game and it would launch for a second at most and then bring me back to home

I've tried doing the in xbox restart, I've tried doing the power cycle restart, I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in

There are no error codes that show up, is this a hardware issue?

If you have any external drives disconnect them
If that doesn’t help try a factory reset

I'm restarting the xbox now
