how do i get a refund on my Xbox pass , i need to talk to some one , i entered country region and my phone We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.

Issue the Xbox pass doesn't work in my country and i get the notification on my pc see attach
tried the free trial and thought this is gonna be sweet
it ended in a problem with not letting me cancel the subscription and charging me at the end

4 . an it sais wait for the end of date

and it still charge me
