I dont know what to do since I dont remember my accounts names and passwords and its all just gone I booted up my xbox and heard something weird the sound when u boot it up which I had disabled in settings and when it booted I realised everything is gone and it was asking for me to make a new account or sign in.....

You’ll need to look through all your emails to see which ones belong to which accounts and then use the password reset options to log in to them.
After that I suggest using a password manager. I like 1Password but there are other options.
Also I strongly suggest picking a single account to use.
