#Fan and overheating issues

I am having issues with my Series S. The fan stopped moving and the console itself makes noises. Any suggestions would help.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

I have tried to clean it externally but it is more of an internal issue which I can't get into the system itself.

The fan will power on when it needs too this will not be all the time. The console will make a sound all this is normal.

If there is an issue with coooling then the console will tell you in the form of a overheating message.

if the fan is grinding to a halt and making angry noises then you should contact support for warranty assistance if new or to pay for a repair
