If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

Game discs will have full game. But wont have any updates the game may have after day 1
Even if it’s split into multiple discs like Baldur Gate 3?
i see physicals as they all have the game dont matter if they split in individual disks. as long u get it in 1 package aka game case
Very true!
I wonder why Xbox has more discs sometimes than PlayStation, but if the game is still fully on the disc or discs than multiple then I am happy either way!
Ok. The last time i used a disc game was probably 2018
I didnt even used my series x disc drive ever
No worries.
I saw it’s because Microsoft uses less space discs than Sony, but yeah the full game is on the discs just split up.
But what said matters. Disc wont have any of the patches or updates to the game as well as dlcs unless the game case specifically said that they r included
Guess depends how the devs optimized them on each platform before the game is shipped to be made into discs i guess
Gotcha.
Yeah that’s true.
Enjoy the weekend gonna play ff16 and gow ragnarok on pc next week
