Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
From what I know that's generally caused by dust buildup. Could be a more technical issue, but we have a One S that overheated constantly until we cleaned it out.
Tutorials online for cleaning the One S properly
Thats against rule12 if u plan to open up ur console
That is what i did to my Xbox 360 and it fixed the issues it had so i might try this
That rule exists for people trying to do anything wrong with it, not for people who deserve to be able to innocently clean their console built to gain dust and break bc of it.
I dont think it matters to the mods tbh
Cool. I'm giving helpful advice to someone wanting it. That's all that matters to me.
The rules don't care if you don't think they matter.
Please follow them.
Do not suggest console disassembly to people here.
I suggested the cleansing of dust to someone having issues with overheating. If that's a problem I will be dealt with. No need for replies.
In future please don't suggest this. Self repair of this nature is not anything we can advise here and not anything we allow others to advise
Sorry for the notification spam this has caused Jake. Hope you can get your situation sorted out.
i have my notification turned off im just got to use a vacuum cleaner because i don't know how to clean the inside without taking it apart
I wouldn't do that lol
why?
