My controller isn't going up fully

Edit: I managed to fix it, here's the tutorial

1 Blow the joystick
2 try cleaning the joystick with baby towels
3 blow again

What is the actual problem you are encountering?

Have you used the Xbox Accessories app to check all the buttons and sticks?

The problem I'm having is that my controller isn't going up fully even though I am, can I dm you the problem?

My joystick is only going like 50% - 30%

Then it is broken and you’ll need to use your warranty to replace it or buy a new one

The controller does move fully physically but it's not going all the way on the system

Yea sounds like it is physically broken and you need to warranty or replace

Update: I managed to resolve the problem by using baby towels and blowing the joystick afterwards

The problem is now inexistent
