Black ops 2 servers not available xbox series X

I keep running to an issue tryna play black ops 2 online, it keeps displaying the following error message : The Call of Duty: Black Ops Il server is not available at this time. Please try again later or visit
http://www.callafduty.com/blackops2/status for updates. , tho i've visited the website and their servers seem to be running just fine, i still can't seem to find the definitive cause of this issue or to get around it, i have tried virtually everything in the book, if anyone got a suggestion that would be highly appreciated.

its down for everyone and has been for 3 days all you can do is wait

so its not just me? cause i had this happen like a week ago or so, i went through a whole saga of network tweaks and erasing and redownloading profiles and bunch of other things to try to get it to work and one day it randomly did work again but now its down again

their servers website states that everything is running fine tho
