#Xbox one can't install fallout 3

I'm playing on Xbox one on a game with cloud gaming, it sometimes lags and frame rate often drops I have the game digitally and on disc but when I try to install digitally it just says games in the queue I go to view in the queue and it's not there?

My Os version is
10.0.26100.1969

I've tired installing through managing installation on my external harddrive

I've tried installing through the store as it says on the tab "INSTALL You own this"

When I try installing on disc there's just a blank disc tab as if the disc can't be read but I can play fallout 76 and New Vegas on disc

I haven't tried cancelling my x-cloud game pass membership

I launched it and it came up with cloud gaming and launched through cloud and came up with install maybe later and help me decide

Well u could try a factory reset and keep all games and apps and see if that fixes anything as a last resort

I’m confused by the title and tags. Are you trying to play on cloud or are you trying to install the game?

Also it's just the factory reset through settings right?, I haven't got to hold down the power button or anything?

Correct. I have no idea why u would bot be able to download fallout 3. Maybe a factory reset will fix whatever issue it has. Make sure u select keep and games and apps. U just need to sign back in with ur email and password

Done the reset and still can't install digitally or on disc

So instead about 40 minutes ago, I decided to move the operation anchorage dlc to internal storage from external harddrive, attempted installing the game again and it started installing 20 mins later it's installed, also managed to install all the other dlc
