I don't remember my outlook password since it has been awhile since I last logged on. When trying to reset my pw microsoft support said I dont meet the requirements and I was rejected.
Luckily I am still logged into my outlook account on my pc because its just my windows account, but still I am unable to remember or reset my password so im still stuck lol
please help!
ps I tried recovering my account too many times so im on "try again in 24hr for security" 😭

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
Please list everything you have attempted.
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
