I bought an Xbox serie X and it wont work on my tv , it supports 4K 120hz hdr10+ with dolby vision (i connected my pc so im sure about it) but when i try with my serie x it says that nothing is compatible. I can only do 1440p 60hz or 1080p 120hz in hdmi mode, auto detect mode only let me use the 640x480 resolution, is there anyway to fix everything ?

also depends if the tv has hdmi 2.1 support

Its as 2 hdmi 2.1 that supports both 4K and 120hz with hdr10+ when i try with my pc it works fine
Its a 2500€ tv that I bought especially to play with latest console
Yesterday I tried to put 50hz and 24hz mode it said that it wasnt compatible with my tv , I tried again today and It worked but 4K Still dont
