i redeemed xbox gift cart in cloud gaming but it said like u have 15.00 euros
and i bought xbox gamepass in the cloud gaming and than i searched up and it was like update ur stuff and make sure u dont have this or that device. but it doesnt work

Also exactly what gift card did you buy and exactly what were you trying to buy?

Cloud gaming requires game pass ultimate so were you attempting to extend your subscription?

you need to be clear on your issue are you having an issue with redeeming your xbox gift card? Or are you having issue buying gamepass and paying for it with your xbox credit you already redeemed?
