My Xbox’s Home Screen letters and characters aren’t in English, and no it’s not in a different language there’s Russian characters and illegal (things that Xbox keyboard can’t do) symbols. I don’t know what to do

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

the bottom line is that what your seeing is not Russian and certainly not ilegal. Its text that as not been localised yet. Just wait and it fix itself

Report it, as the article tells you to. That's the whole point of being in the Insider Program.

It's not something you can do by accident. It's a very deliberate process.
