Hello, before the latest update I had problems with accessing online services through X/S optimised games but after the new update today I thought it was fixed but now it has come back and I’m getting tired of this as it has gone on for several weeks

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

what issues exactly are you seeing with accessing online services through X/S optimised games?
did you factery reset your console with in the last week or so?

Yeah
I thought it would fix it, this is before the new update today
But it didn’t fix it, then the update did but then it just went back to the same issue several hours later

What exactly is the issue?
I’m reading your post to mean that only X/s optimized games are unable to connect to multiplayer but apps and legacy games work fine?

If this is related to the issue of playing on wifi after a factory reset and you're on an Insider build, the fix is only in on Alpha ring atm. You'd need to unenroll and go to the public build for now. Alternatively you can use ethernet for now until the fix rolls out to the other rings. Note: This is only if it's the above issue with wifi and you're on an Insider build that isn't Alpha ring
