#issues with online play: i have game pass ultiment, NAT is open and clear internet connection

as i said above i have everything needed to play online, in fact a few days ago, Tuesday, i was playing perfectly without issues, i went to play Black Myth Wukong on my PS5 and came back to my xbox a day later on Thrusday and suddenly i had no way to connect to multiplayer, ive done testings for both multiplayer, NAT and network connection and everything says im good to go, the only thing i can think of is this is a Microsoft issue but i would like to know if anyone would have any idea what caused this

editing to add: ive also reset the xbox twice, once i kept everything dowloaded and nothing changed, ive just recently reset it a second time with everything wiped and have resigned in and redownloading the games
