Do I have to be online to play offline games I own digital copies of on my Xbox one? Because it refuses to launch any of them.

I've tried restarting it and turning it off and on. Transferring my games to my external hard drive and back but nothing is working.
If anyone can help me please do so. The only thing I can't do is do all the sign out one due to losing most of my old email and phone number, and have been unable to change my Xbox account to my current email.

I think you have to go online like once every 30 days or something, but I forget the specifics.

The last one I got was 0x8027025a.
But now it doesn't even show an error message anymore just never leaves the start up screen for any game.
But I pretty much play with my Xbox offline. This only started after I updated my console yesterday.

It fixed itself sort of now it takes about 30 minutes to start a game so I guess it's solved.

It's currently running fallout 4 now it took from 2:50pm to 4:16pm to launch the game

It was fine before the update tho. The longest it ever took was 1 minute then I downloaded the update and it started to do this?
