If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

I am reaching out regarding our earlier interaction to help with the temporary suspension of your Xbox account in order to gain the ability to play Call of Duty 6 Beta with your little brother.
We have done a thorough check on our end, and I have to inform you that unfortunately the team will not be able to proceed with resolving the suspension nor speed up the process due to our scope of service being strictly technical support. As we lack the necessary tools to proceed with resolving this matter.
I'm afraid that it has been clarified to me that the support department, including, phone/chat supports, and also Microsoft forums, will not be able to help with this matter as we are unable to access such data on our end. However, I urge to reply to the email received by your previous agent to check on the available updates on their end.
