#Issues having access to MW3 via Game Pass.

Hi, I am a ultimate game pass member, and recently I noticed that COD MW3 Is available on the pass, so I downloaded the standard version which was available but after download the game is only giving access to Call Of Duty Warzone and NOT Modern Warfare 3.

It says "Purchase Modern Warfare III to access this game mode." Now the application MW3 is showing owned in Xbox application & does mention it that it is installed with all the important files required for MW3 (Yes the ones included Multiplayer & Single Player). Now I can play Call of Duty Warzone... but I am unable to play MW3

I have been trying to find a solution for about 4 days now. I am not able to achieve it..

*(Ps. I would like to mention)
*1 - I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game at-least 4 times with all the files.
*2 - The game pass subscription is not expired.
*3 - Warzone is unlocked after downloading from the pass I cannot get access to MW3..
*4 - Only the Call of Duty Warfare III standard edition is available on Game Pass which I downloaded.

**1. What is your issue? **

Ans: I'm having trouble accessing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on my Ultimate Game Pass. Despite the Xbox app showing MW3 as owned and fully installed with all necessary files (including Multiplayer and Single Player), I'm only able to access Call of Duty Warzone. Ans: Uninstalled and reinstalled the game 4 times, ensuring all required files were downloaded each time.
Verified that the Game Pass subscription is current and active.
Confirmed that Warzone is accessible, but MW3 remains locked.
Looking for assistance to resolve the issue and gain access to MW3 as intended with the Game Pass.

3. Have you searched ⁠community-support for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

Ans: I have searched through the community-support forums for anyone else with my issue and I have also researched it on YouTube, Google & Reddit to find a possible solution for this. I'm afraid I haven't found anything useful yet.

So when you go to manage the game, do you have the base game installed, and then MWIII: Multiplayer and/or MWIII: Campaign?

If so, launch that game. Not warzone.

This is very strange. I'm not sure whats going on. I have everything you have, except I don't have Warzone installed

UPDATE, I got it working, You need to go into your account settings at Microsoft and make sure your current device is in the list for accounts linked to the Microsoft Store, https://account.microsoft.com/devices?fref=home.drawers.devices.manage-devices, click the box that says 'Microsoft Store Device management', if list is full and your computer isnt there, just remove an old device and log out then back into your account on the MS Store app,

I have mw3 with bo6 beta along side with base game using same xbox acct that has gpu thatbis linked to my activision acct

Not sure could be the linking to activision also in cod hq go to the cog icon and click on manage files

Heyy!! My issue is resolved turns out you have to link the xbox & your activision account with each other and since I did not have access to my gmail I was not able to cross this step earlier but now I purchased the pass on my different account and now the MWIII: Campaign & Multiplayer along with a few other modes unlocked.. Rumblygumdam245 came up with this idea and thanks a lot!!! Deek I want to thank you aswell for giving your best. We both thought it is an issue from the software and it never crossed our mind aswell

Fyi level 30 in bo6 beta gives u access to blueprint. Early access beta closed. Open beta opens in 2 days

Its a weapon u could use that has attachments and skin of a specific weapon type without having to unlock the base model or the said attachments by leveling up the weapon
