ive tried going onto oficial microsoft support and it doesnt work, please help me im begging

1.What is your issue?
i cant "allow" my account to play multiplayer games of pc xbox

2.What troubleshooting have you tried?
enabling and disabling the privacy and online setting for windows 10
i have them all on yes or allow

3:Have you searched ⁠community-support for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
yes, ive searched mainly over microsoft public support, and every single guy gets answered, then say "it didnt work, any other way around?" then never get responded
