So I usually turn off my controller when not playing a game (so watching YouTube or netflix) so I don't accidently click off of it. But now for some reason when I take the wire out of my controller now my audio cuts out every now and again, like stuttering. I've got the official xbox wireless headset. What has happened and how do I fix it.
