#xbox installation stopped

When I try to install fortnite or any Call of Duty game it just keep saying installation stopped. I've tried everything I've been told to try. I factory restarted my console. I restarted the internet. I made sure I have enough space. I made sure that I have a stable internet connection. I tried canceling and redoing the installation. And I've tried looking on the internet for help but it's all useless information. Dose anyone know how to fix this problem.

The games this happens with are fortnite, Call of Duty Black Ops 6 beta, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, Call of Duty war zone,

,I'm on xbox one s
,I have gamepass ultimate
,I have 1.2TB of free storage

Sometimes when I try to install any of these games they will show up in the game section of the library but they won't have any downloaded data and they won't open
