unkempt lance
so, xbox locks my account for no reason (it’s a spare account i own that i never even use) and when i go to the xbox website to unlock it, it requests a phone number for a verification code.
i insert my phone number and click send for the verification code to be sent but says “that verification method isn’t available at the moment. please try a different method.” but there is no other methods.
anyone able to explain how to fix this? thanks.
