Don't know why this is happening. This time I have an error code! (0x87e5002b) I did look on the website but I couldn't find it sadly. Any help or some kind of understanding why this is happening or what this code means would be grateful!

It did say to retry opening the game as the "game save" had changed idk how at all that is the only Xbox I really play on. (I have reopened game about 2 or 3 more times also which no change.)

If it tells you it needs to restart the game because you've played somewhere else, then it means you've (or someone you've shared your account with) played it somewhere else.
You should make sure that latter is not the case.
Meanwhile, that error code has to do with a previous game not being able to be cleaned up, so a hard reboot may help.
