when i try to share a picture in forza horizon 4, it says that this feature is blocked in my xboxb parental controls, even tho i didnt put any parental controls so when i try to log in the website or go to my account it wont load

If you don't have parental controls, and you're not a minor (16, 18, whatever depends on your country) then you should probably contact official support for help figuring out why your account has blocks in place

If you're under 16 you automatically have parental controls, unless there is a parent in your family group and they have disabled them.

If you don’t have a parent in your family group you will only get default settings for your age. Which, since you’re under 16, are child settings.

you can't change your age.
the age set at the time of account creation is the one that is used - the 'displayed age' doesn't override the restrictions

you need your parent or legal gauradian to assist if you are a minor

Your parent creates and account, then they go to their account settings and add your account to the family. After that point they should be able to control your settings.
