#call of duty wont start

so basically i wanna play call of duty (mw3 2023) and everytime i wanna start it a popup comes up saying “call of dury needs to be installed first or show ready for use before you can start it” so i check the downloads and it says download stopped under call of duty and when i click it to install it it gives an error again

oh yeah and the error code for that update that isnt working is 0x87e0002d

have you tried uninstalling the game restart your PC and then download it again afresh

That is absolutely not an expected error code. Are you able to file a bug after seeing that error? (0x87e0002d)
