xbox app 0x803f8001 error code whenever I try starting up a xbox game

yes ive almost tried EVERYTHING that was listed to me when I clicked on the page whenever I tried to start Sea of Thieves, then I thought maybe my other games are also effected by it turns it out they are. what is a good way to fix it because I preferably dont want to fully switch over to using steam plus ive also been getting a notif saying logging into my microsoft account store failed while im just perfectly logged in
