#xbox app says my account is banned (it is **NOT** banned btw)

If none match your error code, contact official support for them to provide the error message.
If you want support here, provide more than an error code and that you’re not banned.
0x8015DC03 means exactly what you're seeing - that enforcement has banned you

If the error says the account is banned, then it quite likely is.
But if you believe it's not, you can contact Support and ask them to look into it for you via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us/xboxdiscord
If they do confirm it's banned, they can't help any further and nor can we.

If you use feedback hub to file a bug against the Xbox app, I can at least get someone to try and make sure it's not an app bug

have you done what Em advised we cant help you further with this.
you can stop future payments of gamepass by cancelling on account.microsoft.com/services.
We're not official support though, this is all community based volunteer support. There's only so much we can help with, and account issues and enforcement issues are beyond the scope of anyone here

If you've submitted feedback using the feedback hub, then you may need to wait a little until Em can contact other devs about the potential issue. It's Saturday now so it may not happen over the weekend. Can take time to investigate
I asked 3 times if you have done that and if you have then you need too politely update this post to say you have. Then someone can look at it but it isnt going to be fixed right away if it even is an issue.
This isn't a common issue, I don't think anyone has actually encountered anything like this before (at not that I've seen), so there may not be a quick fix unfortunately
