Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
Well it will either be a USB C or a Micro-B connector. You'll need to look at the cable, the manual or the Power A website to figure that out.
thx ima get my controller and look at it
does it matter if the cable says charging?
cs my controller dosent charge all i have to do is plug it in the pc
I NEED MORE HELp
chill
it is better to get a data cable. the price difference is not enough to worry about
"charge-only" cabels are cheap and you'll eventually forget that's what you bought and get confused when it doesn't work for other things.
i see one on amazon called USB-Type C Charging Cable for Bose Soundlink Flex Bluetooth Speaker, Bose Sport Earbuds, QuietComfort Earbuds, Noise Cancelling Headphones700, QuietComfort45 headphones Charger Cord Replacement (5 Ft)
is this good?
im impatient srry
That’s a charging cable. It will charge your controller but your controller will still use wireless to talk to your computer. That means a slight delay. Getting a normal cable or a data cable will be better.
which is better data cable or normal
Those are the same thing
ima dm u a picture on what i should i buy
just buy a normal every day cable with the right ends lol. youlre likke at 5-10 bucks
unless you want a really super long one then slightly more
k
is this good
POWER A USB TO C Type Charging Cable for xbox one controller 10ft
this is what originaly came with my controller
ima buy it thx
yea sounds liek the original cable sure
