#Recording gameplay

Hello guys wondering if anyone can help. Recently bought a sea gate 2TB external drive to record gameplay. Spent the weekend recording gameplay to find out it’s not been recording. It’s formatted properly etc, now after switching console off on and putting drive in etc the share button doesn’t even work on my controller anymore…. Really frustrating

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

I have already tried reformatting multiple times and restarting Xbox/hard drive. Even my share button on my controller has stopped working now

Have you factory reset your Xbox?
Does recording and sharing work when your external drive is not connected?
