For some reason my Xbox has been receiving 100% packet loss for about two days now. I'm using a mobile hotspot, which I've say on support for about two hours with trying to fix. We determined it's not my hotspot, and I don't think it's the fact that I'm using my hotspot, as with my old phone it was working fine no more than a week ago. Only with this new one has it started showing packet loss, maybe that's the issue? If anyone can help me that'd be great. I can use every single online service on my Xbox except for playing games. I can send messages, download games, get on Edge. Only online games, YouTube and Spotify apps so far don't work. For games like Apex and Valorant I get an error code trying to just load into the game. Hell, I even tried with Roblox and I can scroll the menus and add friends but trying to play anything meets me with a network error code even though my connection is perfectly fine. I'm getting desperate, any help is appreciated!
