I just purchased a subscription of Game pass ultimate successfully, but when I try to buy some in-game content for one of the games, I get the error that says "Contact us at microsoft support, we're having trouble processing your payment".
I have tried 2 cards, even paypal, with no luck.
ALL details, including account region, my name and billing address are correct, but I still get this issue.
I don't get it. I was able to buy game pass but can't buy any content? someone help me out here.
