So basically i was just playing on my Xbox at 3 am and then when i turned it off, 10 minutes later it was making static noises i unplugged it and it was still making it so i decided to turn it on and the speakers were loud like very loud that it woke my family and then i turned it off immediately
And everytime i plug my tv in it's making static noises and when i turn it on it's so damn loud

Well i think the frist thing you need to do is understand where the sound is comming from. If the console is making that kind of sound when turned off i not sure that's possible but that isnt a good and the console needs repair.

Disconnect it. Idk what other cable connects from the Tv to Xbox beside the hdmi. You might be creating electrical interference by connecting extra cables.
