So can someone help me, I bought the series elite 2 controller and I turned the thumb sticks now I can’t use the thumbsticks normally, I want them back to default

You “turned the thumbsticks”? As in you used the tool to make them tighter?

There are only 3 (4?) tension levels so just switch it back. It defaults to the loosest option if I remember correctly

Are you talking about the tension key? You just turn it back or turn it whatever tension you like.

The stick it self comes up if I turn it to the left and it comes down if I turn it to the right

The sticks on the elite are magnetic. If you got the Core it only game with one. If you got the full package it came with a few options.
The stick is correctly installed when it slides all the way down.

Not only the sticks turn but the whole stick with the stick stam
