party glitch or hack idk at this point

Me and my mate are trying to get into a party but every now and then a dude joins he's on a brand new account it's on mobile or PC idk but it cauae the party to crash or disconnect I've tried blocking and removing him I'd doesn't work idk what happening but I need some help with it
