#Why i cannot find support???

For 3 days im trying to reach the support on xbox website and nothink happen, tried to make call with them and i got message that they will call me in a minute since 12 hours no one called !!, and also when you drop me to a gamer expert which getting some default answers from chatGPT ! this is not considered as support. i have problem in my game and i cannot find help from the xbox ?!

i have purchased the game pass just for one game which is the mount and blade bannerlord 2 but i cannot enter online it's only single player or multiplayer with the skirimsh or captain mod which is not the online campaign mod and everytime i talk to game expert he just telling me repair and rest xbox and reinstall the game did that a lot of time still the same

Those are the only modes I see when playing it on an Xbox. Custom modes include death match or siege.

I don’t see anything about a multiplier online campaig built in.

Are you using 3rd party mods? I see some on steam. If so you should contact whoever made the mod you are trying to use

i have only installed the game from the xbox i didn't install any mod, do you know how to go online campaign ?

The only place I've seen anything about co-op campaign is when people were talking about mods.

I did also find a post from their developers saying they weren't interested in it

i dont need mods of co-op i mean the big online campaign server which you can play as 1000 player as an MMO in the world the version on steam including this one

That appears to be some mod that you can use with steam

this will not work on windows (xbox app)
