Downloads from the store keep getting stuck

I just bought a refurbished 1S, downloaded some demos to test it, works fine
But whenever I try to download anything over 2GB the download just gets stuck, it doesn't cancel but doesn't continue either
For ex, RE2 remake always gets stuck at 26%, and Doom 2016 always gets stuck at 42%
The console says the wifi from the hotel I'm staying at rn has an incorrect upnp, is that it or should I return the console?
