Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
If you live together, you can share the subscription using the Home console setting - https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox
And your thread will be automatically closed after a certain amount of time. We don't keep permanent threads open for people.

Hello, ive got a question. Is it possible to stream to youtube on xbox while playing on your phone using screen mirroring?
Open ur own post. Not hijack someone else post
Woops, sorry. I never used discord forum in my life😅
As for this item https://a.co/d/9NjUD73 is it the original Xbox one play and charge kit?
Yes. You can also use the battery with the series controller, but you will need a usb-c cable.
The controller I have is the Xbox one model 1708 (bluetooth wireless)
Can I ask 360 questions here too?
its ur post. i guess just update ur tag for 360 i guess?
It is best to start new threads for completely seperate issues.
Otherwise no one is going to notice there is a new random question in it. That's also why we close threads after they get resolved and old.
Ok. My next questiion is, if I have a third party xbox one play and charge kit and the charger breaks for it and the battery pack is good still, would I be able to use the original charge kit cable for the third party one battery pack or would it not work?
Yes, you can use other cables
