I have the same issue, also i cant buy gamepass it says me "Try it later"

1. xbox series S (carbon edition), whenever i click on the xbox game pass icon it just says “Sorry, we're unable to display Game Pass games at this time.” and been 2 days like that

2. restarted my xbox, reset my xbox, unplugged the xbox million times, cleared the MAC thing in the advanced settings, changed region and nothing worked

3. there are people in the server that have the same issue as me, but they don’t have any solution for it and yes i’ve searched on google and contacted support, but same same answers and solutions (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/every-time-i-try-to-access-the-xbox-gamepass-tab/c7143de1-ed32-4e70-8f59-da609e7aa1bf) and i also checked reddit they said you need your account to be over the age of 18+ when my account is literally 18+ and i never found anything on youtube related to my issue

how did it happen?

so basically i had 3 accounts, one for me and one for my brother and one for my sister and i wanted to subscribe for game pass ultimate (1$) from my sisters account cus why don’t after i put my card details and everything i clicked “okay” to pay for the game pass. it didn’t go through and it said “oops” or “sorry” after that my game pass didn’t work

extra details: i’ve used my credit card on my personal account and on my brothers account to buy gamepass ultimate and when i used it on my sisters account the game pass just kept saying “Sorry, we're unable to display Game Pass games at this time.”

Did you try changing your consoles DNS servers?

Also if you have access to your router try opening all your ports.

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Network Settings > DNS Settings.

Input 1.1.1.1 as first and 1.0.0.1 as secondary.

It will redirect you via Cloudflare servers instead of the default consoles DNS server.

Ah idk how to fix it but i mostly use game pass mobile app to keep track of everything getting added and if you want a specific game you can search it in microsoft store
