I lost accounts on my xbox 360 due to accidentally clicking "configuration initiale" in system settings (idk the name of the stying in english so i wrote it in french) Is there any way i can get it back please?

so you delated/removed the account from the console. Yes open up then guide and select download profile and sign back in

there was one with xbox live, bug my xbox 360 cant connect to it
