My laptop came with a 3 month Xbox Game Pass offer. Me having not used it I decided to redeem it hoping it would give me a code so that I could give to my friend. I was not given a code and it was now claimed to my account even after putting his credit card. How can I pass it onto him?

Console game pass can only be shared on a console that is in your house that both of you live in.
