Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
Try to turn off and turn on your console and try open the game/app again.
I tried it
Do you have an external hard drive connected?
If so, remove it then restart your console and try again without it connected
I tried it too
Try to reset your console
Tried it
See your wifi connection
To clarify did you
- restart your console
Or - perform the Factory Reset procedure on your console
I restarted my console and nothing even factory reset doesnt do anything
now i wont even turn on
That sounds an awful lot like the internal storage has died.
You should contact official support for more assistance than anyone here could provide.... but you should be prepared to hear bad news
I am thinking to take my xbox to console service
i thought support for xb1 ended years ago
I think theres still support for xb1
i mean official hardware support that microsoft could fix/replace ur console if anything is broken
Oh then maybe you're right
im pretty sure that ended in 2020
Yep they stop support but idk when
well u could take it to a gameshop and have them fix it at ur own risk
Ima do it
