Hello i have problem with error code 0x8027025a (App Took Too Long To Start) i tried everything to fix it and nothing and console is turning so long. Someone know how to fix it?

Do you have an external hard drive connected?

If so, remove it then restart your console and try again without it connected

  2. perform the Factory Reset procedure on your console

That sounds an awful lot like the internal storage has died.
You should contact official support for more assistance than anyone here could provide.... but you should be prepared to hear bad news
