Me and my brother both have our own Xbox but the problem is that when I or he plays a game, one of us get kicked out of the game but I mainly use my account whilst his is still logged in so that I can play games. The account is signed into both of the Xbox but we want to play our own game without it telling us that you need to end the session on that Xbox etc. is there a way to resolve this? please let me know

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

The only way to resolve it is to not have an account signed in if it is playing a game elsewhere.
