I just sub to EA Play for 99 cent for some reason it's not even showing that the sub is active I'm on the phone with support not sure how to fixed this problem I had enough money in my account! All I wanted to play is Collage Football!

EA play is for console or PC not mobile

Support reps don't randomly hang up on people.
Are you contacting them from https://support.xbox.com/ or some other way?
If you've double-checked that you are logged in with teh correct account that you purchase the subscription on, and it isn't showing up but you were charged then those official support people are the only ones that are going to be able to help
