Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
Dirt is most of the reasons. Scrollwheel collects all kind of dandruff and humidity.
Try to clean the scrollwheel
Should I just try compressed air? or would opening up the mouse be the way to go?
i wouldn't open it as that could brake it
Compressed air should be fine or try a little bit of Isopropyl Alcohol
I figured. Opening would be a last ditch effort.
if its new then you may need too give it time to wear in or that might just be how that mouse is.
Not new by any means. I've had this for quite some time, definitely a few k hours on this mouse
