I'm trying to play Lego Marvel superheros on my Series X and it works on 360 just fine but wont work on the X even tho it's on the list of games i can play. I tried Xbox support but they didn't help and pushed Game Pass. Please help

That game isn't backwards compatible.
The Xbox website list can be a bit confusing as it also includes Xbox One games that are playable on Series consoles. But the 360 version of that game is not playable on XB1 or Series consoles.

The sequel is an XB1 game, not 360, so that would work fine.

Yes, some LEGO games are backwards compatible, but not all.
