I’ve noticed for about 2 months now that when I log into my XSX, my friends list will not be “up to date”.
Some friends (when you open your friends list) will appear online but if you go on their profile, they’ve been offline since yesterday and also vice versa where some people will appear offline on the main list, but if you open their profile page from the friends list, they’ll actually be online.
I’ve reported this issue via the insider app, but this is still happening. I’m wired and I have the required ports for Xbox open.
