Hello,

I purchased a month's subscription to Xbox PC Game Pass last night, but I haven't received it. I thought maybe it was because of the high volume of purchases, so I waited a day, but I still haven't received anything. My card has been charged, but I can't get it back because the system shows that I haven't had any subscription for the last three months.

I reached out to Xbox Gamer Support today hoping they could help, but the issue was not resolved. I tried resetting the Xbox and Microsoft Store apps, but nothing helped. You are my last hope - either help resolve the situation or give me my money back.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

If you were charged but don't have it showing, ensure that you used the correct account when making your purchase.

If you did get an email on teh correct account, you were charged, but it still does not show up on your account then you will need to talk to official xbox/microsoft support.

No one here, nor on 'chat with a gamer', can help with account/billing issues.

How can I still contact them, but in a different way - not online

You see, I'm from Lithuania and when I tried to find their Lithuanian number, I couldn't find it. I don't know, maybe you need to contact Microsoft about this issue, because as far as I know, their Lithuanian number exists

You see, I'm trying to contact them, but when I click on "Contact Us" I describe my problem and they just throw me some notes about a different problem, which I don't have, and I don't know how to contact normal support.

you should try during normal business hours, and not at 10 oclock at night on a Sunday

Now, it shows me that i have an game pass, but i dont see it on my xbox app

If you are positive that you are logged in to your Xbox console and the website with the same account, (and you have rebooted your console of course) then you will need to contact official support..
