HI. my problem, is that i just bought pc game pass and i assume that it should have ea play and work on Cloud. i bought it and went to xcloud and i refreshed the page id didn't work. i restarted my pc. it didn't work. i waited for a couple of days for it to register and it did not work, any help please?

You can upgrade to ultimate if you want.
You should also confirm that the game you want to play is even available on cloud. Not all EA Play games are.

Unfortunately all of that information was available before you bought something that wouldn’t work.
You can attempt to cancel your subscription. Depending on how long you’ve had it you might get money back or you might just get to play for the remained of the month.
